OutlookExtract

Let you extract messages contained in MS Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Mail and save them as single files. You can also schedule automatic extraction of messages at different time intervals.

EmailExplorer

With this tool you can browse, view and print the contents of the extracted messages located in the hard disk or CD. It recognizes Outlook Message files *.msg (Pro version), Mime *.eml, Web Archive *.mht, *.txt and *.html files natively, you don't need Outlook or an external application to view them. It has powerful filtering and searching options to help you find messages easily.

You can export selected header parts (from, to, subject, .. and body parts of the selected messages to :

Comma delimited text

Html

Xml

You can also convert between formats:

Msg -> Eml,

Msg, Eml, Mht -> Txt, Html

Msg, Eml, Html -> Txt, Mht

Msg, Eml, Mht, Txt, Html -> Pdf

In both versions you can save the selected messages in PDF format either as single files or combined in one file.

CD / DVD Burner

With the included CD/DVD Burner you can burn your extracted messages to CD / DVD. You have the choice to burn your messages using the relaxed Joliet format or the UDF format.
